To set you up for success with our platform, ComplyIQ, we’ll start your journey with a kickoff meeting.

Our team will guide you through the next steps in your onboarding, review your Statement of Work (SOW), and guide you through the initial set up tasks




This roadmap is the key to understanding how we’ll stay on time and on budget while delivering the world-class functionality of our ComplyIQ platform.

  • Scope and detailed milestone review

Data Gathering

You’ll need to compile data on your products and customer or vendor licenses before we can get started. Why? Excise taxes are complex. Our team uses this information to assign the right logic and rules on the back end.




Now that we have all the relevant data, our team will:

  • Import your data into ComplyIQ
  • Convert it to our best practice format and industry-standard terminology using our very own data transformation toolset
  • Configure the rules behind each tax process
  • Run sample returns to simultaneously test the configurations and validate the data
  • Iterate for each contracted jurisdiction



Training can be personalized for your business. We typically recommend a combination of in-depth training sessions, documentation, and pre-recorded videos in our digital learning resource, ComplyIQ Academy, for the more introductory topics.



User Acceptance Testing & Collaborative Workshops

We’ve reached the final phase before going live. You’ll be completing user acceptance testing, fully supported by collaborative workshops with our team.
